1. Q: how long warranty you can provide?

A: 3-5 years or 5-7years ( depends on the specific cells of your solution)
3. Q: Are your factory or trading company?
A: We are professional battery manufacturer with our own factory and brand. We provide all kinds of OEM/ODM services for clients, can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
4. Q:Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.
5. Q: Where can I get the price?
A: We will offer you the best quotation in 12 hours after we get the product specifications such as voltage capacity application etc.
6. Q:What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
7. Q: How about your delivery time?
A:Generally, it will take 15-30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
8. Q:Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, We have professional QC team to make sure that the product in good condition before send out the goods.
9. Q: How to ship out the batteries?
A: We have good partners to arranges the shipments to all countries. Although batteries are caegorized as dangerous goods, you should rest assured that your cargo will be delivered through our experienced shipping partner(s).
10. Q: Do you have Minimum Order Requirement (MOQ)?
A: No, We don't have MOQ, Different customer have different requirement ,We can provide various capacity and size as per your requirements,Also ODM / OEM is welcome.
